      3. Sampling & Payment Assurance

      For custom clothing manufacturing, a small sampling fee is charged to cover setup costs. However, high-quality samples, with only the delivery fee applied.

      3.1 Payment of the sampling fee can be made via PayPal or wire transfer.

      3.2 Once payment is received, MMH TEXFAB LLP will begin the sampling process, which typically takes 7–10 days.

      3.3 Finished samples will be shipped through our trusted courier partner for safe and timely delivery, and we’ll await your approval.

      3.4 If you’re not satisfied, revisions will be made until you’re fully satisfied.

      3.5 A Proforma Invoice will be issued before bulk production.

      3.6 For new customers, a 60% advance is required & remaining 40% Payment will be made on the day of dispatch; flexible terms apply to returning clients.
